Tim passed away by suicide at the age of 28.  In a 2020 interview with Klas Bergling, he told Billboard, “I think it goes back to mental illness — that’s where it comes from.  That’s something we don’t speak a lot about, the conversation is growing more and more. The more society opens up to talk about this, I think that it will be a big help.”
