It was a nice evening on Tuesday, September 22nd, the first evening of fall.

Perhaps that’s what 40 to 50 people in Scarborough were celebrating.


14 of the partiers were fined $880.

Under the Reopening Ontario Act, you can’t have big gatherings because of the pandemic that’s still going on.

In Ontario at the moment, gatherings are restricted to 10 people indoors and 25 people outdoors.


The numbers of cases have jumped up recently.
