Not only did she perform a jazzy cover of Billie Eilish’s ‘My Future’ but, she performed her latest record, ‘Midnight Sky’ and ‘Slide Away.’

Miley is no stranger to the Live Lounge.  Her previous covers include Ariana Grande’s ‘No Tears Left to Cry’ and Lana Del Rey’s ‘Summertime Sadness.’

‘Midnight Sky’s is Miley’s first release of 2020.  In 2019, she dropped two singles, ‘Slide Away’ and ‘Mother’s Daughter.’  ‘Mother’s Daughter’ earned Miley two VMAs on the weekend, ‘Best Editing’ and ‘Best Art Direction.’

Although Miley has yet to reveal any details regarding her upcoming album, she did tell Zane Lowe that she’s reuniting with Mark Ronson on a record called ‘High,’ “I have a song on my record actually with Mark called ‘High’, and it’s like, even though I don’t get high anymore, I still get high, because what I do constantly gets me high.”
