In the last year, Justin Bieber has been living his best life – he married Hailey Baldwin, he dropped his first album in almost five years, he announced a world tour (which has been postponed due to COVID-19) and now, he’s officially the first artist to score seven billion streamers on Spotify!

As Forbes explains, “The Canadian pop singer’s single “I Don’t Care,” a duet with Ed Sheeran for the latter’s No.6 Collaborations Project album, has just passed one billion plays on Spotify, becoming one of fewer than 80 tracks that have been lucky enough to reach that special milestone.”

‘I Don’t Care’ is Justin’s seventh record to reach one billion plays on Spotify and now joins, ‘Love Yourself’ (1.3 billion plays), ‘Sorry,’ ‘What Do You Mean?’ ‘Despacito Remix,’ ‘Let Me Love You’ and ‘Cold Water.’

Justin could also earn himself an eighth record with DJ Khaled’s ‘I’m the One,’ which currently needs less than 50 million plays to hit the one billion mark.
