Billie Eilish along with her brother Finneas, performed at the 2020 Oscars and together, covered ‘Yesterday’ (The Beatles, 1965) during the award shows ‘In Memoriam’ segment.

The Oscars paid tribute to athletes, iconic performers and more during the ‘In Memoriam’ segment. Those included Kobe Bryant, John Singleton, Kirk Douglas, Doris Day, Robert Foster, Terry Jones, Andre Previn, Agnes Varda, Rip Torn, D.A. Pennebaker, Robert Evans, Peter Mayhew, Peter Fonda, Danny Aiello and many more.

For the biggest surprise of the night, Eminem showed up and performed his massive record, ‘Lose Yourself’ from ‘8 Mile’.

Story goes, back in 2003, Eminem won the award for ‘Best Original Song’ – he missed the ceremony and napped through his win. 17 years later, here we are and with much confusion, Eminem finally got to shine on the Oscar stage.
