Halsey dropped her third studio album Manic earlier in the week and all I have to say is … WOW!

Once I finished listening to the album, one song in particular stood out the most and as it turns out, it’s Halsey’s ‘most uncensored song of her career’ – 929.

To celebrate the release of Manic, Halsey threw an album release party at Capital Records headquarters in L.A. and right before she performed 929, she told the crowd, “When I made Manic, I dove into those parts of me that weren’t healed yet and I said, ‘No, I’m not gonna wait ’til later. I’m gonna write about them right now.’  It was the most rewarding thing that I have ever done because you guys have been so unconditionally accepting of that, so thank you for being accepting of me.  This is probably the most uncensored song I have ever written in my life, so I’m happy to play it for you guys tonight.”  Watch below.

Following her performance, Halsey posted a series of photos on Instagram and in the caption writes, “Thank you for celebrating with me today.  I am so happy to have you.”
