every time a performance is super important to me, it feels like a big mental challenge – I saw myself all day as a little girl who loved to sing in her room, I saw all the hard parts of this journey, and saw a bunch of inspiring videos and really tried to give this moment to myself, to allow myself to give myself fully – I’m so happy to say I did, I really put my heart and emotion in this and it feels like I conquered nerves and doubts. so yeah ! that’s my stream of consciousness right now! lol, to all my fans – I love you and thank you for supporting me and being so sweet

It seems as though Camila may have stolen the hearts of both the fans and celebs because following her performance, she was continuously praised.  On Instagram, Camila writes, “I’m gonna have acid reflux for five days I was so nervous but it was magical! Thank you so much for having me SNL.”  And who replied – the queen OPRAH! She called Camila “Pure Magic.”
