Christmas is coming early this year! To celebrate Mariah Carey’s iconic Christmas album Merry Christmas, Mariah has decided to gift her lambs with a very special, 2-CD deluxe anniversary edition, which will include the famous ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You,’ unreleased live performances and remixes.

Mariah revealed the news in a video which was posted on Instagram.  In the video, we see Mariah writing a message on a bathroom mirror (in red lipstick, of course!) with ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ playing in the background and Mariah telling her fans, “I don’t want to get excited, I’m going to calm down. Christmas is happening — we got to get through Halloween and Thanksgiving first,” 

 

 

In addition to her deluxe album, Mariah plans on dropping festive, holiday merch.  The Christmas collection will include stocking, beanies, sweatshirts and branded T-shirts.  As Billboard notes, “From the bonus disc in the double deluxe set, fans can expect unreleased live tracks from her 1994 Christmas performance at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City and a new rendition of ‘Sugar Plum Fairy.'”
