Taylor Swift recently found herself in the midst of a huge online feud with Scooter Braun.  Scooter recently purchased Taylor’s old record company, Big Machine Records and will now profit on every single album (all except Reputation) Taylor has written, created and released over the years.  When Taylor found out, she wrote a lengthy message onto her Tumblr page, calling Scooter a bully and so on.

Afterwards, celebrities from all over were getting involved – Demi Lovato, Halsey and even Justin Bieber.  Justin posted an old photo with Taylor along with the caption, “Scooter has had your back since the days you graciously let me open up for you.! As the years have passed we haven’t crossed paths and gotten to communicate our differences, hurts or frustrations. So for you to take it to social media and get people to hate on scooter isn’t fair. What were you trying to accomplish by posting that blog? seems to me like it was to get sympathy you also knew that in posting that your fans would go and bully scooter. Anyway, One thing I know is both scooter and I love you. I feel like the only way to resolve conflict is through communication. So banter back and fourth online I don’t believe solves anything. I’m sure Scooter and I would love to talk to you and resolve any conflict, pain or any feelings that need to be addressed. Neither scooter or I have anything negative to say about you we truly want the best for you.”

Hey Taylor. First of all i would like to apologize for posting that hurtful instagram post, at the time i thought it was funny but looking back it was distasteful and insensitive.. I have to be honest though it was my caption and post that I screenshoted of scooter and Kanye that said “taylor swift what up” he didnt have anything to do with it and it wasnt even a part of the conversation in all actuality he was the person who told me not to joke like that.. Knowing Justin and Taylor’s past drama, especially when it involved Selena Gomez, fans didn’t ‘appreciate’ what the Biebs had to say.  One tmblr user commented, “We haven’t gotten to communicate our differences” you cheated on her best friend and then publicly sided with the man who made revenge porn against her was.  Was she supposed to invite you over for tea??? (LOL) F**k outta here.”  Following the post, Taylor quickly liked the comment, leading fans to believe Justin did in fact, cheat on Selena.

And this isn’t the first time Justin was accused of cheating on Selena – a few years ago, Justin was rumoured to be linked with Sophia Ritchie and threatened his fans – if they didn’t stop hating on her, he would make his Instagram page private.  At the time, it felt like Selena and Justin hated one another.  Selena was quick to comment, “If you can’t handle the hate, then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol.  It should be special between you two only.  Don’t be mad at your fans.  They love you.”  The Biebs then responded with, “It’s funny to see people that used me for attention and still try to point the finger this way.  Sad.  All love.”

 

 

 

Don’t worry – Selena clapped back … and hard.  Selena wrote, “Funny how the ones that cheated multiple times are pointing the finger at the ones that were forgiving and supportive.  No wonder fans are mad.  All love.”
