Ariana Grande loves her bubbly and this is the perfect time to pop some bottles because her album, Thank U, Next has officially gone platinum!  Earlier in the week, the RIAA announced the news about Ari’s latest album, which is home to ‘7 Rings,’ ‘Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored’ and more.

To celebrate the news of this major accomplishment, Ariana tweeted, “Holy s**t.  So incredibly grateful.  Thank you so much for listening and for loving something that was quite hard (but also very fun at times) to make.  Thank you for showing me that I’m not alone in the events that have caused me pain and that it’s okay to share and open up sometimes.  I appreciate you all so much and I am endlessly grateful for the consistent love and support you’ve shown me and this project.  I love you.  Thank you.”

 

 

In addition, Thank U, Next was also named ‘the most streamed album on Spotify’ and in 2018, Ariana became ‘the most stream artist worldwide’ with, on average, over 46 million monthly listeners.
