Lil Nas X with Billy Ray Cyrus and their hit “Old Town Road” just set a record.

Being #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 for the 13th week, the song is now the longest-running hip-hop song to hold #1.

It beats out three songs that had 12 weeks at #1:

1. “See You Again” Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth

2. “Boom Boom Pow” Black Eyed Peas

3. “Lose Yourself” Eminem

Also, “Old Town Road” has achieved diamond certification.

It’s the first time in 22 years that’s happen to a song while it’s #1.

The last song to do that was Elton John’s “Candle in the Wind” after Princess Diana’s death in 1997.
