Halsey has announced WE’RE GETTING A NEW ALBUM and I cannot contain my excitement!

In a series of tweets, Halsey announced to her millions of Twitter followers that a new album is currently in the works and this will be the followup to Hopeless Fountain Kingdom which Halsey dropped in 2017.

Halsey tweets, “I know you guys are anxious for new music and new memories.  For touring and traveling with your friends.  For events and pop ups and meeting new people.  For music video screenshots.  For group chats and late night.  Thank you for being patient with me.  I want it be perfect.”

Halsey also tweeted, “Writing this album has been a lesson in forgiving myself.  In being proud of myself and kind to myself despite how much this world is designed to make you hate yourself.  I hope when it’s finally in your hands, it brings you that same peace.  It’s not a quiet peace.  It’s a loud one.”

And when a fan asked if the album would be dropping this year, Halsey replied with a simple ‘yes’ and a heart emoji.

And check out this throwback Halsey posted on Instagram.  Halsey writes, “The first picture is from my first tour ever.  The second is from my most recent tour.  These pictures were taken around 3 or 4 years apart.  I felt compelled to share these today as a reminder that there is no telescope for your growth.  You’ll never “know” if something is the right choice. If it’s the right move. but if you believe it and manifest and make the decisions that are true and authentic to you, the universe will repay you with kindness no matter how tough it seems along the road.  To blossom is a dark and lonely process that arrives at great emotional reward.  I love you.”

As of right now, there is no release date nor has Halsey released any news on songs but most likely, ‘Without Me’ will make it onto the album.  Until then, catch Halsey performing live at Woodstock 50 on August 18!
