You may know her from her popular YouTube channel, Superwoman you might even just recognize her from her old Scarborough days; but Lilly Singh announced last night on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon that she is the next NBC late night talk show host. She will be replacing Carson Daly at 1:35am who has held that spot for 17 years. The show will be called “A Little Late with Lilly Singh” and sounds like it’s going to be in the same lane as your standard late night variety show. She is now the first bisexual woman of colour to host a late night talk show on a major network, and a darn funny one too!

Lilly has more than 14 million subscribers on her YouTube channel and has appeared in movies such as “Bad Moms”, “Ice Age: Collision Course”; A YouTube Documentary and HBO’s “Fahrenheit 451” as well as authoring a New York Times best seller, “How to be a Bawse: A Guide To Conquering Life”.

Adding a talk show to the resume doesn’t seem so far off, but is still so very exciting for a girl from Scarborough.
