Ariana Grande Matched A Record That Only The Beatles Have Held Until Now

Ariana Grande just keeps smashing records with her new album, thank u, next.  It was the highest streamed album in it’s first 24 hours on Spotify, it became the highest streamed pop album of all time in it’s first week. She became the most listened to female artist on YouTube, beating out Taylor Swift AND Katy Perry.

She just matched a record that up until now, ‘The Beatles’ have been the only artist to hold and became the first artist (in 60 years) to hold the #1, #2 and #3 spot on their chart. The best part, she didn’t even believe it. Fans were sharing the news with her on Twitter and she thought that they photoshopped the charts out of support for her; she said she laughed when she first saw the list.
