SMH!

Back in December, the New York Police Department made a wellness check after Pete posted a very disturbing message on Instagram, “I really don’t want to be on this earth anymore.  I’m doing my best to stay here for you but I actually don’t know how much longer I can last.  All I’ve ever tried to do was help people.  Just remember I told you so.”

Before sending this message to social media, Pete was very open about his borderline personality disorder and even praised Kanye West for how open is his about his own mental health issues, “Bravo Kanye West for standing up for yourself and speaking out against mental health.  I can’t explain to you how difficult and scary it is to be honest about stuff like this.  We need people like Kanye.  No one should ever point fingers at you for your bravery in speaking about mental health.  I’m seriously disgusted.”

And after everything, Pete is now cracking jokes about his suicide scare on SNL’s the ‘Weekend Update’ segment.  Pete decided to turn his serious situation into humour – this is how it went down:

John Mulaney: “I’ve been spending time with Pete to try to show him that you can have a life in comedy that is not insane.  A sober, domestic life.”

Pete Davidson: “Yeah, and after observing John’s life, I publicly threatened suicide.  I’m sorry, I know I shouldn’t make that joke.” Ughhhh ya think? As Cosmo explains, “Then, at the end of his segment, appearing to reference ex-finace Ariana Grande, Pete shouted, ‘I didn’t mention her once!'”

Ariana Grande once explained that Pete makes jokes as a ‘coping mechanism’ when it comes to serious situations but making a joke about suicide is totally NOT cool, Pete!
