My heart is breaking for Pete Davidson!

It was just yesterday that Pete deleted his Instagram account but not before he posted a disturbing message.  Pete wrote, “I really don’t want to be on this earth anymore.  I’m doing my best to stay here for you but I actually don’t know how much longer I can last.  All I’ve ever tried to do was help people.  Just remember I told you so.”  Fans and celebrities from all over quickly took notice and reached out however they could.  Even Nicki Minaj weighed in on Twitter, “We can be so insensitive.  God bless Kanye and Pete.  Being flippant about mental illness speaks more about you than them.  Stop saying the word love and live it.  Love is an action.”

Even ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande reached out via Twitter (and has since deleted the tweet), “Man I’m so sorry I told a dumb joke.  I really didn’t mean any harm.  All I want everyone to be healthy and happy.  So desperately.  Please.  My God.”  Ariana is referring to Kanye’s Twitter rant that happened earlier this week and made a joke online.

According to Billboard, “On Saturday afternoon following the incident, New York police told The Hollywood Reporter, “We are aware of the post and we are conducting an investigation and welfare check.  At 3:45PM, police told THR they had made contact with Davidson and he was ‘safe.'”  In addition, Pete made an appearance on last night’s SNL episode and was included in SNL’s opening credits.

Pete has been very open and honest about his mental health struggles.  Prior to deleting his Instagram page he showed love towards Kanye West, “Bravo Kanye West for standing up for yourself and speaking out against mental health.  I can’t explain to you enough how difficult and scary it is to be honest about stuff like this.  We need people like Kanye.  No one should ever point fingers at you for your bravery in speaking about mental health.  I’m seriously disgusted.”

Below are some of celebs that reached out to Pete during this time:
