According to Forbes, Kendall Jenner is 2018’s highest-paid model!

Kendall managed to rack in $22.5 million from June 2017 to June 2018.  Kendall also beat out model Karlie Kloss who made $13 million which landed her at number two on Forbes’ list.

Also on the list, Gisele Bundchen and Cara Delevingne tied at fifth place (both making $10 million) and sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid following closely behind, making $9.5 and $8.5 million.  Billboard explains, “They might all be in the wrong business, however, as Forbes pointed out that Jenner’s younger sister Kylie Jenner took in a whopping $166.5 million in the same time from her makeup empire ‘Kylie Cosmetics,’ which launched in 2015.  The business helped her nab the title of youngest self-made billionaire earlier this year.”

And you can’t forget about the income that was raised from both fashion partnerships and sponsorships.  While Kendall landed Estee Laurder, Adidas and Calvin Klein, Chrissy Teigen released her second cookbook called ‘Cravings: Hungry for More’ earlier this fall and also released a brand new kitchen line with Target and Cara Delevingne starred in campaigns for Puma.

So how are the earnings calculated? “All earnings estimates are from June 1, 2017 through June 1, 2018.  Figures are pretax; fees for agents, managers and lawyers are not deducted.  Earnings are based on income from cosmetics, fragrance and other contracts.  Estimates are sourced from interviews with numerous managers, agents, brand executives and industry experts,” explains Forbes.
