I’ve seen some really nasty internet trolls in my day but THIS has to be the worst, EVER!  Fans are now blaming Ariana Grande for Mac Miller’s death which is totally unfair and NOT cool at all.

Mac Miller was found dead in his home yesterday due to an apparent overdose.  In a statement made by Mac’s family it read, “Malcolm McCormick, known and adored by fans as Mac Miller, has tragically passed away at the age of 26.  He was a bright light in this world for his family, friends and fans.  Thank you for your prayers.  Please respect our privacy.  There are no further details as to the cause of his death at this death.”

The entire music world and fans from all over are mourning the sudden passing of the Pittsburgh native and there’s only one person has yet to make a statement, ex-girlfriend, Ariana Grande.  Ariana and Mac once dated for two years and parted ways in May of 2018.  Ariana confirmed the news on social media, informing fans that the relationship was toxic.

One person who has not yet commented, is Mac’s ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande.  Ariana and Mac dated for two years, with Mac supporting Ariana in the wake of the Manchester bombing. However the two went their separate ways in May 2018, with Ariana confirming the news on Instagram.  Shortly after, Ariana began dating SNL star, Pete Davidson and after one month, were engaged.

Following Mac’s death, Ariana has since disabled her Instagram comments after fans began to blame her for her ex’s death.

Here’s the thing – in a recent interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 Apple Music, Mac opened up about Ariana and Pete’s relationship.  Mac said, “I was in love with somebody. We were together for two years. We worked through good times, bad times, stress and everything else. And then it came to an end and we both moved on. And it’s that simple.”  Mac then explained that there’s no hard feelings and both he and Ariana have moved on.  “It’s all positive energy.  I am happy for her and moving forward with her life just as I’m sure she is with me,” says Mac.

At this time, our thoughts and prayers are with Mac’s entire family and friends.
