FINALLY!

After much anticipation, Drake’s new album Scorpion will be out TOMORROW!

Naturally, I’m impatient and want to know exactly what we can expect…so I did some research, and here is everything we know so far…

The album will be available at midnight most likely across all major streaming platforms (Apple, Spotify, Tidal…you know, the usual).

How many tracks are on there? Well, Drake actually posted the track list afternoon on his Instagram and we now know the album will feature collaborations with Jay-Z and the late Michael Jackson!

So exciting right?! I’ll just let you take it in….

Took that in? Cool – let’s move on ’cause it gets better!

The album is a DOUBLE album!

You may have seen his billboards pop up around Toronto that said, ‘Side A/Side B’ – he confirmed that one side will be R&B and the other will be a rap album. Aka, one will melt my heart, the other will make me feel like a straight up G. I’m down.

Will there be any features on the album? Well, of course he worked with his longtime collaborators Noah “40” Shebib and Oliver El-Khatib who are credited as ‘Executive Producers’. On his last album More Life he had some major guest features like Kanye West, Quavo, Travis Scott, 2 Chainz, Young Thug, Sampha, Giggs, Jorja Smith, but no word on any guest appearances on Scorpion yet.

Apparently, he was working with Bad Bunny, maybe showing off some Spanish vibes, and fellow Canadian legend Paul Anka of all people – seriously! Paul said that he had a song coming out with Drake. It just might be in the album! That should be interesting…DJ Khaled was spotted rocking a bomber jacket with Scorpion on it though, so I’m HOPING that means there’s an appearance from him, because that would be dope!

As for Pusha T diss tracks? Well, maybe he’s leaving that as a surprise.

Regardless, I have a feeling Scorpion will be on repeat all summer long. Only a few hours left…

LET THE COUNTDOWN BEGIN!
