P!nk shared a beautiful and an emotion story on Twitter about an encounter she recently had with another mom / fan at a grocery store.

Parents are taking and calling P!nk’s parenting skills ‘pure honesty’ and applauding her on demonstrating what it’s like to be a mom.  P!nk tweeted, “A really sweet Mama came up 2me tonight at the grocery store and told me some nice words about how she gets strength from my parenting cause I’m not afraid to f*ck up in public.  We cried together.  It’s so hard.  Y’all.  I wish us mamas could give ourselves and each other a break.”

It was in November P!nk accepted the ‘Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award’ at the 2017 VMA Awards and her acceptance speech went VIRAL.  P!nk spoke about her daughter’s everyday struggles and who, at only 6-years old, describes herself as the ‘ugliest girl she knew’.

And it wasn’t too long ago that P!nk shared with The Sunday People that she’s currently raising her daughter and son (Willow and Jameson) as ‘gender-neutral’, “I was in a school and the bathroom outside the kindergarten said, ‘Gender Neutral anybody,’ and it was a drawing of many different shapes.  I took a picture of it and I wrote, ‘Progress.’ I thought that was awesome. I love that kids are having this conversation.”

P!nk continues,  “I do bake sales and lemonade stands. I take my kid to school and try to get there on time.  I’m a f**king grown up now, it’s so weird. I’m still a 12-year-old boy.  Last week, Willow told me she is going to marry an African woman.  I was like, ‘Great, can you teach me how to make African food? And she’s like, ‘Sure, Mama.  And we are going to live with you while our house is getting ready.’  I was like, ‘What the f**k, who are you?  Who is paying for this by the way?'”

According to Billboard, “P!nk continues to question the idea of traditional parenting, and we are sure her grocery store encounter will not be her only tale of parenting admiration.”
