They have also seen three times as much Facebook activity in comparison to this time in 2016 and since their performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, numbers have doubled.

According to John Draper, who is NSPL’s director he says, “The song made a difference,” he said to Variety. “It’s incredibly heartening.”

The song was originally released back in April and Logic told his fans that he hopes his song would help people and it looks as though his wish came true.  Logic says, “Many of you have told me its even saved your life. In the past, Logic has struggled with his own demons.  He’s admitted to struggling with his own mental health, learning that he was dealing with depression and an anxiety-induced condition which is called Derealisation.  Logic once told the New York Post, “I was so scared because I was thought I had to work, work, work, because I thought I might only be around for five years.  I thought I wasn’t good enough to last. I was on a tour bus crying, saying ‘I can’t do this anymore.’”

And how does he cope? By spending more time with his wife and less time on social media.  Logic’s song sends a strong message of hope.

I love you @itsjessandrea
