Well I didn’t see this coming from Taylor Swift at all!

We have another brand new song from Taylor called, ‘Ready For It’.

She dropped a preview of it during a NCAA College Football game between Alabama and Florida State universities.

The song was used during the pre-show introduction for the highly anticipated college football matchup (see the full lyrics below)

‘Ready For It’ comes just a week after Taylor released her new single, ‘Look What You Made Me Do’; she unveiled the song’s music video during last weekend’s MTV Video Music Awards.

No word on whether ‘Ready For It’ will appear on Taylor’s forthcoming album, Reputation which is set to be released on November 10th, but I think it’s probably safe to assume that it will be.

Below are the full lyrics from the preview for ‘Ready For It’ (via Genius.com)

[Post-Chorus]
Baby, let the games begin
Let the games begin
Let the games begin
(Are you ready for it?)
Baby, let the games begin
Let the games begin
Let the games begin
(Are you ready for it?)

[Bridge]

I-I-I see how this is gonna go
Touch me and you’ll never be alone
I-Island breeze, lights down low
No one has to know

[Chorus]

In the middle of the night, in my dreams
You should see the things we do, baby
In the middle of the night in my dreams
I know I’m gonna be with you
So I take my time
In the middle of the night

[Post-Chorus]
Baby, let the games begin
Let the games begin
Let the games begin
(Are you ready for it?)
Baby, let the games begin
Let the games begin
Let the games begin
(Are you ready for it?)
