Drake must have love on his brain *wink *wink

Drake recently posted a picture on his Instagram page of himself sitting on a couch but it’s not his pose that’s getting the attention, it’s what he’s wearing and by that I mean his socks … socks that were designed by ex, Rihanna.  “OMG DRAKE IS WEARING RIHANNA’S SOCKS,” says an Instagram user who had no issue pointing the socks out.

The socks come from Rihanna’s new Fenty for Stance line which include a cartoon version of her on each pair.  One of the designs include Rihanna from her ‘Work’ video which included Drake so it makes sense why Drake would be wearing those socks.  Not to mention … he captioned his picture as “Trabaio” which means ‘Work’ in Spanish.

Exactly one year ago this month, Drake presented Rihanna with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the 2016 MTV VMA’s AND he also declared his love for his ‘so called then-girlfriend’.  He says, “She’s someone I’ve been in love with since I was 22 years old/” #AWW

Then, two months later, Us Weekly confirmed that Drake and Rihanna officially split after dating on and off for the last seven years.  A source close to Rihanna said, “She doesn’t want to be held down. They will always be close. If they end up together, it could happen, but not now.”

 

 

Earlier this year, Drake was briefly dating Jennifer Lopez (now she’s with Alex Rodriguez) and Rihanna has been linked to Saudi billionaire businessman Hassan Jameel.  A source tells Us Weekly, “[They] have been hooking up for a few months.”
