Shia LaBeouf is in a lot of trouble after an ugly arrest video has surfaced of the actor.

In video obtained by TMZ Shia was arrested over the weekend for public intoxication, disorderly conduct and obstruction and had A LOT to say during the course of being arrested.

In the body cam video above Shia says, “If I had my gun, I’ll blow your s*** up.”

He continues, “I have rights! I’m an American. You got me in my hotel, arresting me in my hotel for doing what, Sir?”

He adds, “You’ve got a president who don’t give a s*** about you and you’re stuck in a police force that don’t give a f*** about you. So you want to arrest white people who give a f***, who ask for cigarettes? I came up to you trying to be nice, you stupid b***h. I came up to you asking for a cigarette, you dumb f–k. Why would I ask for a cigarette if I was racist, you stupid b***h?” (via E! News)

Police say that the actor approached a stranger and a police officer for a cigarette in the wee hours of the morning and after he was denied he started “using profanities and vulgar language in front of the women and children present.”

Shia is in town filming his new movie, The Peanut Butter Falcon.

Things didn’t end there as TMZ obtained video of Shia going OFF while down at the police station.

Sadly, this isn’t his first time Shia has been in trouble with the law.

In January, he was arrested after an alleged altercation with a man during his anti-Donald Trump art protest, and he was arrested for public intoxication in both 2014 and 2015.

Also, back in 2008 he was arrested for driving under the influence.

After the 2014 arrest, he plead guilty and received help for alcohol addiction through treatment.
