All the Celebrities Show Love to Canada on the MMVAs Red Carpet for #Canada150!

It was a star studded 2017 MMVAs pink carpet, and our Damnit Maurie was there to talk to them all!

Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell reflected on the amazing run of the popular show,”You know, I’ve come to terms with it and I have all the girls number and the guys numbers and we’re going to stay in touch,” she said as there’s only 2 more episodes left!

Iggy Azalea is on the hunt for a new man, and Maurie asked if she’d date a Canadian guy, “Yeah, I’ll take a Canadian… sure!”

We also caught up with ’13 Reasons Why’ star Brandon Flynn, who is loving all the attention his show is getting, “Seeing what everyone has to say, seeing how it angers people, seeing how it moves people, I look back on the process and I look back on the scrips and I 100% understand it.”

Plus, Riverdale was in the house, and two of the “Pussycats” Asha Broomfield & Hayley Law both mentioned how KiSS is their favourite station, and gave Maurie permission to tussle KJ Apa’s hair, “Tell him we said it was ok!”

However, KJ wasn’t down with the idea, “We’ll see about that… NO!”

KJ, who plays Archie on the crazy awesome show Riverdale was a little shocked at the shows popularity, “We weren’t sure what was going to happen. We were shooting for a long time, and no body was watching what we were doing and finally our show came out and we had a reaction that we were really proud of.”

Also, Maurie had an awesome moment with Camila Cabello, when he asked her who her Canadian crush is, “well, he’s not really my crush because he’s my best friend, but Shawn Mendes!”

Also, we wanted to celebrate Canada’s 150th with everyone, and asked what the first thing that comes to their mind when they think of Canada?

Naturally, the answers were a little predictable…

KJ Apa said, “The maple leaf!”

YouTube star Lilly Singh said “Diversity.”

Glee and American Crime Story star Darren Criss said, “My favourite artists that come out of here, the Joni Mitchell’s the Rufus Wainwright’s.”

YouTuber Tyler Oakley was nice when he said, “Kindness.”

While Shay Mitchell had food on her mind when she said, “Timbits and smarties and ketchup chips.”
