According to reports in the Houston News, the incident happened at George Bush Intercontinental Airport back in 2015. Ronald, a 71-year-old man, asked a United employee for a new boarding pass and then the employee proceeded to push, “Ronald to the ground where he hit his head on the floor, which knocked him unconscious. He lies there lifeless for minutes. Not one employee comes to check on him. They literally left him there like a piece of garbage.”  A bystander ended up being the one to call 9-1-1.

Ronald now has a lawsuit against two of the United Airlines employees for “$1 million for negligence.” His lawyer is also encouraging others who have experienced mistreatment to come forward.
