The ‘We Don’t Talk Anymore’ has released a brand new single that will likely appear on his forthcoming sophomore album; the new song is called, ‘Attention’.

On ‘Attention’ Charlie sings, “I know that dress is karma, perfume regret/ You got me thinking ’bout when you were mine/And now I’m all up on ya, what you expect/ But you’re not coming home with me tonight.”

Charlies yet-to-be-named sophomore album follows his debut album, Nine Track Mind which featured the singles, ‘Marvin Gaye’ (featuring Meghan Trainor), ‘One Call Away’ and the aforementioned, ‘We Don’t Talk Anymore’ featuring Selena Gomez.

 

 

He’ll get the chance to perform his new single in front of a live crowd as he joins Shawn Mendes’ Illuminate World Tour which kicks off on July 6th in Portland.

Shawn recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly about Charlie, “He’s such a professional and a really cool guy…and an incredible writer-producer. He’ll be really cool to worth with.”
