Kylie Minogue Stops 'Secondary Reality Star' From Trademarking Her Name

The Kylie’s are at war and Ms Jenner is not winning this battle. Last February, Kylie Jenner tried to trademark the name Kylie with the U.S. patent office, but today Kylie Minogue officially blocked it as the Dailymail reports.

The fun part comes when you read through Minogue’s lawyer’s arguments against Jenner. As News AU writes, “the legal document is said to dub Jenner as ‘a secondary reality television personality’ as opposed to Minogue who is an ‘internationally-renowned performing artist, humanitarian and breast cancer activist known to the world simply as Kylie.'”

Maybe this year Kylie Jenner will realize that she doesn’t own the name Kylie.
