The always mild-mannered Kanye West did something surprising last night and went on a rant!

Okay, maybe ranting isn’t exactly new for Yeezus, but his target this time was a tad surprising, his friend and collaborator Jay Z.

During his Saint Pablo show in Seattle last night, Ye expressed his displeasure with Jay Z’s streaming service, TIDAL , and blamed it for hindering some of his musical aspirations.

He said, “Y’all ain’t get what y’all was suppose to get with me and Drake because of some Tidal/Apple [Music] bullsh*t,” …This sh*t got me tight, yo! Every time I perform [‘N*ggas in Paris’], I think about this sh*t. I think about the politics and the bullsh*t. I think about how hard I go for music, for art, for y’all, the fans. How hard we go.”

Kanye also expressed frustration over he and Jay Z not appearing on Drake’s Views record Pop Style (at least the album version), and blamed Drake’s beef with Meek Mill as well as Jay Z having “respect” for Meek as reasons for ‘The Throne’ not appearing on the album cut.

He added, “It went into some Tidal/Apple political sh*t about percentage on songs. I can’t take this sh*t, bro! Our kids have never even played together.”

Kanye was also not happy that Jay Z only called him after his wife Kim Kardashian was robbed in Paris with Ye feeling Jay Z should have visited him personally “like brothers” instead of just calling, “Don’t call me, after the robbery, and say ‘how you feelin’?’” “You wanna know how I’m feelin’? Come by the house.”

Another day, another Kanye rant, but do you think he has a point for being frustrated?
