You may have to look twice when you first spot this newborn calf. A Taylor County, Kentucky, calf, was born with two faces, two noses, and four eyes.

As 680 News writes, “The family says most calves with such a genetic mutation are stillborn, but so far this one is eating and seems healthy.” Her genetic mutation has lead to some problems. As noted by WDRB, “The middle two of Lucky’s four eyes do not blink or function. She can stand up but she walks in circles and then falls over…Another interesting note — when one of her mouth moves, so does the other.”

The calf’s is heartbreakingly named Lucky, because she is lucky to be alive. AAAAAAWWWWW.
