Ellen Being Called Out Over "Racist Tweet"

Ellen Degeneres is known for many things including being sweet, being funny, being kind…but, now she’s getting all kinds of hate online for “being racist”, over this tweet that went out after Usain Bolt’s sprint.

Immediately following the tweet and in the days since she’s received quite the backlash, so she made this statement:

I am highly aware of the racism that exists in our country. It is the furthest thing from who I am.

Even though Ellen is the queen of photoshopping herself into situations for social media content.. many are saying this went way too far.

The Ellen picture is culturally insensitive & could be offensive. I find it offensive.
