Vin Diesel and The Rock are Feuding Over Fast 8 Filming

Dwayne The Rock Johnson has been part of the Fast and the Furious franchise since the fifth movie of the series. In honour of Fast 8 wrapping up filming this week The Rock took to Instagram to share his appreciation and frustrations.

This is my final week of shooting #FastAndFurious8. There's no other franchise that gets my blood boiling more than this one. An incredible hard working crew. UNIVERSAL has been great partners as well. My female co-stars are always amazing and I love 'em. My male co-stars however are a different story. Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don't. The ones that don't are too chicken shit to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses. When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I'm not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling – you're right. Bottom line is it'll play great for the movie and fits this Hobbs character that's embedded in my DNA extremely well. The producer in me is happy about this part. He started off by thanking the hard working crew, Universal Studios and his amazing female co – stars by saying “I love ’em.” 

This is when things turned for the worst..

Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson called out his male co stars; “some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don’t. The ones that don’t are too chicken s— to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses. When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I’m not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling – you’re right.” 

Although we are not sure which male co – starts he is referring to, it’ll be easy for us to spot just who he is referring when we watch the movie.

** UPDATE **

Yesterday, TMZ revealed that there was a secret meeting between The Rock and Vin Diesel to quash the beef. But today, Vin Diesel took to Instagram and declared that he will, “tell you everything.”

So much has gone on this year. I can't believe I wrapped two back to back pictures I both starred in and produced. Now I get to return to my family, my life… To me.
