Sweepee Rambo was crowned the winner of The World’s Ugliest Dog Competition on Friday in California. The 17-year-old Chinese crested chihuahua is blind but that’s clearly not holding the little pup back.

The dog’s owner, Jason Wurtz, talked to the Today Show about Sweepee is number one girl in his life, “I’ve had girlfriends over the years and they were jealous of her and like I told them, she was here when you came and she’ll be here when you leave, that’s the best friend I have.”
