When Drake announced the ‘Summer Sixteen Tour’ back in April, fans were able to splurge to purchase the “6 God Meet and Greet Package,” which offered a seat up close, a photo with Aubrey and an pile of Drake/6ix inspired swag. We are now learning that this package has been canceled due “logistical issues” for the “meet and greet” portion. After the very sad incident leading to the death of Christina Grimmie, many artists have been moving away from the personal sessions with their fans. There is no confirmation that this is the actual reason for why Drake has canceled that VIP package and offered a new one.

The new VIP Package includes: a ticket in the first five rows, a 6 God gear (candle holder, incense holder, custom disposable camera and frame & foam hand) and Summer Sixteen gear (a “floaty pen,” car freshener, bag, and an assortment of pins/patches).
