The LAD Bible
The LAD Bible

Wentworth Miller is just like us. He wakes up in the morning, scrolls through Instagram / Facebook / Twitter until he’s ready to get out bed. Miller sees a bunch of hilarious memes from The Fat Jewish on his timeline and chuckles in his own head. But today, he woke up and saw a meme about himself that drove him to write about his struggles with suicide, over eating, and much more.

Miller wrote a very moving message on his Facebook today about the meme pictured above. Miller goes in depth about his struggles in 2010 when he was suicidal and turned towards eating, ” In 2010, at the lowest point in my adult life, I was looking everywhere for relief/comfort/distraction. And I turned to food. It could have been anything. Drugs. Alcohol. Sex. But eating became the one thing I could look forward to. Count on to get me through. There were stretches when the highlight of my week was a favorite meal and a new episode of TOP CHEF. Sometimes that was enough. Had to be. And I put on weight. Big f–king deal.”
