A Guy Went Out in the Blizzard . . . to Buy His Son Hand Lotion?

Apparently this happened during the blizzard.  A reporter was interviewing a guy and his son on the street in New York.  And the guy said they were out buying the kid some expensive HAND LOTION, to reward him for doing well at school.  (???)

The dad did most of the talking, so some people think he was just joking to embarrass him.  But it seemed like he was telling the truth, and the kid really did just want some lotion.  We won’t speculate about WHY he wanted it . . . but he looks like he’s about 12.
