His monkey sanctuary may be closing and they need YOUR help!!

Story Book Farm Primate Sanctuary is home to over 20 primates, including Darwin ‘The IKEA Monkey’ and Pockets Warhol, a capuchin who paints.

For the last 15 years, the sanctuary has served as a home for the animals that have been rescued from the exotic pet trade and biomedical experimentation. Unfortunately, due to financial challenges, the sanctuary is being evicted. In a statement, Story Book Farm Primate Sanctuary said “Donations have dried up and the situation is desperate. [The current fundraising] is vital to the success and the future of Story Book Farm. We need to raise upwards of $250,000 in order to acquire a new property and to be able to keep doing what we are doing here.”

The Blake & Wylde Show took a visit to the sanctuary last month and had a fabulous time visiting all the animals!! Check out the VIDEO!

Primatologist and UN Messenger of Peace, Dr. Jane Goodall says “All Canadians can be proud of the work done by the Story Book Farm Primate Sanctuary which rescues and cares for primates. They deserve our help…We’ve saved these monkeys’ lives once. Now we need to save them again.”
