There will be some closures to look out for if you plan on driving around Toronto this weekend!

There is a lot going on this weekend in Toronto. Take a look at this quick list and plan ahead when commuting around the city!!
Special events this weekend will have main arteries in the Toronto area closed and surrounding areas congested.
Saturday is Portugal Day. Lansdowne Avenue from Bloor Street to College Street will be closed in both directions on from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Family Fun Fit, Kids of Steel Triathalon (Bike Race) is taking place this Saturday as well and the westbound lanes of Kingston Road from Danforth Avenue to Birchmount Road from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. will be closed for this event.
Sunday drivers can expect Conlins Road from Ellesmere Road to Military Trail to be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for Maya’s March.
Becel Heart & Stroke Ride For Heart is taking place this Sunday. The Gardiner Expressway will be closed from Carlaw Avenue to the Humber Bridge and the Don Valley Parkway will be closed from Highway 401 to the Gardiner Expressway on Sunday, June 6 from 2 a.m. to 2 p.m. to accommodate the Ride for Heart event.
