So this is going to totally trip you out but, there’s a good possibility that you had been introduced to Ke$ha long before she was a greasy glittery pop star. She was on The Simple Life with Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie. Yup, the girls stayed with Ke$ha and the Sebert family for a few days at their home in Tennessee.
In the 2005 episode they tried to find Ke$ha’s mom Pebe a boyfriend.

According to her interview with Beatweek Magazine, Ke$ha’s next album will be called ‘Spandex on the Distant Horizon’.

If you were at KiSS 92.5 WHAM BAM 2011 yesterday then you know it was the biggest party of the summer of 2011!
Ke$ha, LMFAO, Akon, and more all tore up the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre stage. The party was so live, that it even trended globally on Twitter!
Before Ke$ha took the stage, Roz, Mocha, and Damnit Maurie got the crowd in a frenzy!

#WHAMBAM2011 performers Ke$ha and LMFAO joined forces in Atlanta over the weekend. However, the performance was so hot the stage reportedly caught fire. According to canoe.ca, “the trek got off to a rough start when a lighting rig went up in flames towards the end of her performance”. Everyone was ok. They cut the show before an encore could be done. (At least the bugs will be worked out before they come to #WHAMBAM2011, right?) Ke$ha’s reaction plus pics from the show after the jump.

Never one to hold back, Ke$ha says she has more than 200 songs written for her next record, which is influenced by Iggy Pop, Led Zeppelin, and AC/DC.

Ke$ha wrote “Till The World Ends,” for Britney Spears because she wanted to prove herself as a songwriter. The singer told New York Magazine that even though the song is topping the charts — she wanted to give it away because that is what she does.
