The 41st annual Juno Awards will take place in Ottawa on April 1, with William Shatner as host of the gala. Performers will include … many of the night’s top nominees, including City and Colour, Deadmau5, Feist, Blue Rodeo and Sarah Mclachlan, Hedley and Nickelback.

Selena Gomez is happy to be in a relationship that she doesn’t feel is a waste of time. Selena admitted in the latest issue of Cosmopolitan that with boyfriend, Justin Bieber — she is the happiest person she has ever been. However, she admits that her past relationships weren’t as fulfilling. Find out what Selena had to say after the jump.

Selena said:

“I was in a relationship previously where I had to hide everything and it wasn’t my choice. I had to go through different exits and take separate cars and do the craziest things, and it just really wasn’t worth it. It was like a year of my life completely wasted.”

Who is she talking about?

According to Alec Baldwin, Justin will host and perform on SNL sometime during the 2012 season. In Baldwin’s podcast, “Here’s the Thing,” he interviewed SNL executive producer Lorne Michael’s in his office — and read off a board of confirmed hosts.

Baldwin said:

“The biggest names in the business are coming here thirty-something years after ‘SNL’s debut to host the show. Ben Stiller, Melissa McCarthy, who won the Emmy award, and Katy Perry’s coming and Jimmy Fallon, who’s double-dipping on your payroll, Jonah Hill, and I don’t want to ruin any other names, but Bieber’s confirmed, he’s the music and the host.”

NBC has not yet confirmed any of the names Alec read.

Justin Bieber used the power of his Twitter account to spread an important message!

Hélène Campbell is a 20-year-old Ottawa woman that wanted to raise awareness about organ donation. Campbell suffers from “Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis” and needs a lung transplant.

She decided to take her campaign to Twitter through her @ALungStory account and hoped that Justin would help her promote the cause. She encouraged users to tweet the Biebs with the hashtag #BeAnOrganDonor.

“I would hope that Justin Bieber would do a retweet or even just tweet something himself,” she told an Ottawa newspaper.

A  few days later, Justin responded by tweeting: “@alungstory i got the word….you have amazing strength. i got u. #BeAnOrganDonor”

According to the Ottawa Citizen, more than 500 people have registered since Friday on beadonor.ca, a website which is run by the Trillium Gift of Life Network.

B.C native, Carly Rae Jepsen’s single ‘Call Me Maybe’ has quickly become one of the most requested songs on KiSS 92.5!

The song is the lead single from her upcoming record Curiosity, which will hit stores on February 14th.

KiSS listener’s aren’t the only ones giving the song high praise…Selena Gomez posted on Twitter that ‘Call Me Maybe’ had become her & Justin Bieber’s song, making the couple smile ear to ear while apart over the holidays. Justin Bieber also said that the single was “like, the most catchy pop song ever written!”.

The song was produced by Josh Ramsay from Marianas Trench and co-written by Jepsen and Ramsay.

Justin Bieber may be gunning for a role previously played by Mark Wahlberg. Boogie Nights? Planet Of The Apes? Rock Star? Find out which role after the jump. Rumour is it’ll be a Fear remake. According to MovieWeb.com, Justin is reportedly trying to push a remake of the 1996 movies, with hopes that he could play the dark role. There are reportedly no concrete plans to remake Fear, but Justin is reportedly obsessed with the movie and thinks that the role will give his career the same edge it gave Mark Wahlberg.

Reportedly if the movie is remade it will be toned down to a PG-13 rating so Justin might not have to film some of the scenes that Mark did, i.e. killing the dog, tattooing his own chest and the infamous rollercoaster scene.

Justin Bieber is apparently experimenting with his famous hair. New photos find the pop star sporting darker locks and a different style. According to E! News, he got rid of the “Donald Trump-like style.” The pictures were taken over the weekend when Bieber was running errands with his gal pal, Selena Gomez, in Sherman Oaks California. For her part, Gomez recently got blue and violet hair extensions.

Justin Bieber thinks he will be “more into making love” when he gets older. He believes turning 18 in March will not change him as a person, but thinks the things he sings about currently will change …  as he develops.

He said: “I’m not going to try to conform to what people want me to be or go out there and start partying, have people see me with alcohol. I want to do it at my own pace. I don’t want to start singing about things like sex, drugs and swearing. I’m into love, and maybe I’ll get more into making love when I’m older. But I want to be someone who is respected by everybody.”

Bieber also admits he expects to one day be the “best” in the business but thinks he still has much to learn.

He added to V magazine: “I want to be successful and be great at what I do. But eventually, I want to become the best at what I do. “I want to be better than anybody who’s ever done it. And in order to do that, I need to strive to be the best, be good to people and treat people with respect, and work as hard as I can. Because for me, I work so hard and this consumes my life – it’s not worth it if I’m not the best. I’m still learning.”

The next time you catch a glimpse of the Bieb’s leg, you’ll also be able to see the face of Jesus. 

Bieber was on Venice Beach in Los Angeles with his dad, Jeremy Bieber and several friends when a photo of the singer’s new body art was snapped.  The website JustinBieberShrine.com reports the singer may have already had the Jesus tattoo, which is on his left calf, when he and girlfriend Selena Gomez attended a friend’s wedding in Cabo San Lucas,Mexico in December. 

In addition to this new one, Justin’s tats include one the singer has underneath his left armpit of the Hebrew word “Yeshua,” or Jesus, as well as a small bird tattoo on his left hip that matches his dad’s.
