You probably recognize Judah Friedlander as the hilarious mofo from ’3o Rock,’ where he plays Frank Rossitano, one of the writers of TGS with Tracy Jordan.
The man behind the trucker hat and oversized glasses has just published a book called ‘How to Beat Up Anybody,’ and just like the title suggests the ‘World Champion’ will teach you how to fight pretty much everybody…seriously, he’s a ninja, so you better listen to his interview with JJ and Taylor Kaye!
