The KiSS 92.5 World Tour – See Drake at the Bamboozle Festival

(a) “Contest Period” starts at 6:00am on March 15th, 2010 and continues until 10:00 pm on March 15th, 2010, the “Contest Closing Date”. To enter, listen to KiSS 92.5 (“KiSS 92.5”) for the cue to call to be announced each hour of the Contest Period (the “Announcement’). When you hear it call 416-870-8888, if you are caller 9 as deemed by an independent representative of Rogers you will qualify for the Grand Prize Draw; a trip for two (2) to New Jersey to see Drake perform live at the Bamboozle Festival on May 1st, 2010, as described below.

Callers will have 5 seconds to respond once the call is answered.  If the telephone line is dead when answered by KiSS 92.5, or no audible response is heard, or no one responds after 5 seconds, KiSS 92.5  will answer the next call in sequence and the next call in sequence will replace that call.    In the event a call is cut off before all personal data is collected, KiSS 92.5  will make its best efforts to make contact with the cut off caller provided enough personal information was gathered in order to correctly identify the cut off caller.  In the event two or more calls come through on the same line, all such callers will be advised to hang up and try again and the next call in sequence and the next call in sequence will replace that call.

 
(b) A random grand prize draw by a Rogers representative, from all qualifying callers who qualified by being the pre-determined caller as of the Contest Closing Date  will be made at KiSS 92.5 office at 777 Jarvis St on March 16th, 2010. Selected entrant will be contacted by telephone at the telephone number provided at the time of entry.

(c) If a selected entrant cannot be reached or qualified using the information provided at the time of entry within 1 business day or declines the prize it will be donated to a charity of KiSS 92.5’s choice.

(d) In the event that a selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill testing question, or fails to return the signed release and acknowledgment as indicated below, another entrant will be selected.

(e) Only one (1) entry per person.
No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary to enter this Contest.
One (1) Grand Prize consisting of:

•  Round-trip airfare for two (2) to New Jersey departing from Toronto April 30th, 2010, and returning on May 2nd, 2010.
• Hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) in New Jersey from April 30th – May 2nd, 2010 at a hotel to be decided
• Two (2) tickets to see Drake perform at the Bamboozle Festival on May 1st, 2010.

• The Winner and his/her guest must be able to travel on April 30th – May 2nd, 2010. Winners do not have the option to choose travel dates.  Due to the nature of the prize, trip must be taken on these dates and no other dates will be given.

• Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, re-assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash. Should winner and/or guest be unable to travel at the designated dates and times, Grand Prize will be considered forfeit and awarded to an alternate entrant.

We recommend the purchase of medical, accident and baggage insurance. Prize winner is responsible for all taxes, departure taxes, airport improvement fees, connector flights, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, insurance together with any required travel documentation, all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover. It is the prize winner’s responsibility for all cost incurred to and from the departure point as the prize originates and terminates there. It is also the prize winner’s responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documentation including passports and visas if applicable and to comply with any customs immigration requirements. Failing to provide the required documents may result in denied boarding and/or entry by immigration authorities. KiSS 92.5 is not responsible in this respect. Request for refund will not be entertained. Prize winner waives all recourse against KiSS 92.5 if services offered do not prove to be entirely satisfactory. PLEASE NOTE THAT A CURRENT, VALID CANADIAN PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL TO UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

 
In order to be awarded a Prize, the Winner must designate [1] travel companion,  who must travel with the winner.  No changes to travel dates or passenger names are permitted once a booking has been confirmed for the Grand Prize.  Winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary for both the outbound and inbound portions of the trip..  If the Grand Prize winner is a minor, one of the minor’s companions must be a parent or legal guardian of the minor, or such parent or legal guardian must provide Rogers with a release and consent to another adult accompanying and taking responsibility for the minor.

Participants are eligible to win:

One (1) of Fifteen (15) Grand Prizes consisting of:

•    A trip for two (2) people from Toronto to their choice of Barbados, St. Maarten/St.Martin, St. Lucia, Bermuda, Puerto Plata, Samana, Turks & Caicos, Varadero, Montego Bay, including round trip airfare and seven (7) nights accommodation (“Prize”).

For each Grand Prize, WestJet Vacations Inc. (“WVI”) will provide one WVI Package for two (2) people from Toronto to their choice of Barbados, St. Maarten/St.Martin, St. Lucia, Bermuda, Puerto Plata, Samana, Turks and Caicos, Varadero, Montego Bay including airfare and seven (7) nights accommodation (“Prize”).  The Prize is subject to availability and can be used up to a maximum value of $3500 CAD, inclusive of fees, taxes and surcharges.  If the cost of the package chosen by the winner exceeds the maximum value, any additional amounts owing are the responsibility of the winner and must be paid with a valid credit card at the time of booking.  If the maximum value is not used, the excess amount will be forfeited.

Changes and extensions to the expiry date are not permitted.  Peak dates such as statutory holidays (long weekends) and airline black out periods (such as Christmas, Easter and spring break) are not available for this Prize.  Prize is subject to availability of promotional space on the desired flight at the time of booking.  WVI regular service may not apply to the above destination at all times of the year; WVI schedule may change without notice.
