Toronto Tourist In Nice Talks About The Tragic Attacks

At least 84 people, including children, are dead after a truck plowed into a crowd gathered on a beach to watch fireworks for the national holiday of Bastille Day in Nice, France, last night. The driver continued running into people over a distance of 1.2 miles and then exited the vehicle and opened fire on the crowd before being fatally shot by police.
