Kendrick Lamar, Sam Smith and U2 have been added as performers at the 60TH Annual GRAMMYs Awards happening at New York’s Madison Square Garden on Jan. 28th.

Lamar, who is nominated for 7 awards including ‘Album of the Year’, is slated to open the show.

Also, the 2018 President’s Merit Award recipient Elton John will be joined by Miley Cyrus to perform one of John’s classic hits. Two nights after the GRAMMYs, Elton will be honoured at a taping of ‘Elton John: I’m Still Standing – A Grammy Salute’, which will air later in the year.

Kendrick Lamar, Sam Smith, U2, Elton John and Miley Cyrus join previously announced performers, Alessia Cara, Bruno Mars with Cardi B, Kesha, Logic, Khalid, Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee, Sza, Lady Gaga, P!nk, Little Big Town and Childish Gambino.
