Demi Lovato was put to the test during a round of ‘Who’d You Rather’ on The Ellen Show.  Rihanna or Harry Styles.  Niall Horan or co-star Jesse Williams.  Rihanna or Twilight star Kristen Stewart.  Ahhh decisions, decisions.  So, who did Demi pick?

In addition to playing one of Ellen’s famous games, Demi also commented on some of her swimsuit photographs she recently posted on her Instagram page saying, “I’ve been working on myself for the past year, more so than I’ve ever worked on myself. I’ve really surrendered to the process of just learning to love yourself, and I feel like it shows through my pictures.  I post more bathing suit pictures online. I want to show my fans that it’s possible that they can get to that self-love too.”

Demi continues, “I’ve taken away the power from the negative comments and the haters by not listening to them and if I do see it, I just feel sorry for them, because who leaves a negative comment on somebody’s profile on the internet?  You have to be kind of sad to do that. I’ve taken away the power, and it just feels great.”

Although Demi has made such progress with her body, Demi says she’s still self-conscious about one particular body part… her legs! Demi posted this photo (below) adding a very inspirational caption to it, “So, I’m insecure about my legs in this picture but I’m posting it because I look so happy and this year I’ve decided I’m letting go of my perfectionism and embracing freedom from self criticism. Learning to love my body the way it is is challenging but life changing. Giving up my eating disorder has been the most challenging journey of my life but I work every day towards solid recovery even if I mess up sometimes. Today I’m feeling strong. You all can do it too. It IS possible. Thank you God for this new chapter in my life. #EDrecovery #happyAF.”  The photo was liked over 3.3 million times.

Also, Demi delivered a powerful performance of her brand new single ‘Tell Me You Love Me’.
