Churrono tings went down amongst some wastemen this weekend at a Pizza Pizza near Queen and Broadview. Everyone was cheesed still.

The above video was posted to YouTube early Sunday morning. After it went viral, the Toronto Star was able to do some VERY SERIOUS journalism and talk to Paul Michael, the man who filmed the epic Toronto brawl. He told them, “it started when a woman entered the restaurant on Queen St. E., at Broadview Ave., and complained that her pizza order was late.”

Paul Michael further explained that, “they didn’t call her to tell her it was ready so in the middle of the Pizza Pizza, she started screaming how she wasn’t satisfied. She was making this big scene and then someone else said something and one person just started grabbing another. The big thing just started happening when she jumped over the counter and started throwing the chips on the floor. So everything just started going crazy.”

The best part of the video is that every time you watch, it gets better and better. As Reddit user ‘Trust_Im_A_Scientist’ points out:

“The reactions of the non-fighters in this video are hilarious.

-The “grab our food and GTFO” ladies
-The indifferent Asian lady on her phone just texting
-The lady in the tan dress who makes half-hearted attempts to break up the fights.”

With all that being said, we can understand losing it over a nice hipster pizza, (maybe a quaint Quattro Formaggi paired with a Steam Whistle) but PIZZA PIZZA?!?

Maybe next time, instead of hitting your fellow Torontonians, walk eight steps and hit up the next Pizza Pizza.
