Man Is Suing His Date For Texting During A Movie

37-year-old Austin, Texas native, Brandon Vezmar, is SUING his date for TEXTING.

Vezmar took his date to go and see the new Guardians of the Galaxy movie and is suing her for $17.31 because he alleges that she texting during the entire film.

Vezmar told Mashable that “it was kind of a first date from hell.” Going onto explain that “the woman refused to stop messaging and when he told her to text outside, the woman left the theatre and left Vezmar without a ride back home.” 

The woman defended herself to Mashable explaining that “she only texted two or three times; I had my phone low and I wasn’t bothering anybody.”

Of course when this story broke the internet had to weigh in…most people are united on the fact that his date was indeed the worst!
