Grab a tissue or two. This performance is so heartwearming it’ll probably bring you to tears. You’ve been warned. Watch the emotional video after the jump.
Last weekend the “Night Of Too Many Stars” aired on Comedy Central. The annual charity event was packed with celebrities to raise money and awareness for autism education programs.
New York tween Jodi DiPiazza, studies piano and voice in one of those programs at New York City’s Mannes College of Music Prep School.
At Night of Too Many Stars, Jodi got the chance to join her idol, Katy Perry, for a performance of Perry’s inspirational hit “Firework.”
The day after the taping Perry tweeted:
“I will never forget last night. It was the most important moment thus far of what I do.”
