- Rob: 41 year old who wants a new paint job on his car.
- Amanda: 36 year old mother of 4 year old Nathan, who suffers from “Small Bowel Atresia” and has had 8 operations at Sick Kids Hospital.

Great show today – Amanda really deserved it for her son, as a mother myself I couldn’t imagine how hard it would be to survive after such a traumatic experience – Rob’s the hero!!

Roz, I think you said it “This game sucks sometimes”. I don’t know about anyone else but this competition breaks my heart every time and I don’t know if i can listen to it anymore. Would it not be the right thing for Kiss FM to offer some kind of help to those people, who in my opinion, are equally worthy of the prize. I am not saying give them money, but in the case of the lady with the debt problems, maybe KISS FM could put her in touch with a reputable Financial Adviser who could devise a plan to pay off her debt and at least give her some hope. Oh, and even for ‘The Asian Guy’, may be you could arrange a discount paint job from one of your car dealer advertisers. Anything and something would be better than letting these people go empty handed and dejected.

Rob told the truth, Jennifer was obviously not telling the truth, and I truly hope that Amanda was telling the truth cuz it would be pretty pathetic if she didnt! just like last weeks winner who will have to live with her lies all I can say is KARMA! this is coming from someone who know about having a sick child for real!!!!

I know Amanda, and have known her for years. Not only was she telling the truth but she left out so much – her little boy is a miracle. There is no one who deserves it more than Nathan after what he has endured, and what is still to come.

Nathan attends my child care centre and yes Amanda is telling the truth. Nathan is a beautiful boy that has an amazing spirit. He has been through so much over the last four years of his life, that we as adults could learn from him. Even though he has been through a lot at such a young age he always has a smile on his face and never gives up. This family truly deserved to win!

Fyi Jennifer was telling the truth and left a lot out, she totally deserved the opportunity of receiving the money to better her and her childrens lives. In the end she took the high road and gave the money to Amanda. She has a heart as she would rather see one of them get the money than to say she deserved it more and no one receive it. Here is the truth….Jennifer derserved the money more than anyone. More than a paint job! She has been through so much and she is trying so hard to better her life….despite the “hold backs” that surround her. She is a great mother and good person, she needed this and she was totally let down. This cash would have sovled her problems, now she’ll probably slit her wrists and you will be all to BLAME. I’m not sure how you can say that Jennifer deserved the money more than anyone or that Rob is a loser. As a mother of a daughter that suffers with cerebal palsy, I can assure you that it is THE most difficult situation to deal with in life. I’m just glad that Rob and Jennifer saw it in their hearts to do the right thing, doesn’t that make both of them hero’s to Amanda’s little boy? We should be commending them, not ripping either of them apart. Why not pull together and help out? If Jennifer needs the money so badly why doesn’t she reach out to these people that are writing such wonderful things about her, take her own advice FUNDRAISER.

I have to say that I think this week was the best week of all the weeks I’ve heard, there was actually a person who needed and deserved the money. Since then the picks have been people with frivolous problems, hair loss, boob jobs and vacations. Why isn’t KISS 92.5 choosing those that really need the money? There are so many in need in our city. Amanda, I’m glad you won, I hope you use the money wisely.
