Miley Cyrus has been cleared in the criminal battery case!
According to TMZ, there was surveillance video turned over to cops that exonerates Miley from the alleged incident at Beacher’s Madhouse theater in Hollywood last weekend. Police reportedly interviewed both Miley and her fiancée, Liam Hemsworth about the incident and Miley denied allegedly punching another club goer in the face.
The question remains … where was Hannah Montana at the time of the incident??? Huh? Huh???
Olympic gold medalist snowboarder Shaun White arrested!
Check this out. The Flying Tomato was arrested over the weekend at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in Nashville after he got BLACK OUT drunk, trashed his room, pulled a fire alarm, then while being chased by hotel staff, he kicked a hotel guest who was trying to stop him, then White fell and hit his head, got a black eye, went to the hospital, then spent the night in jail.
He was charged with vandalism and public intoxication.
Sounds like a pretty wild night … and he’s sorry. He issued an apology on facebook.
“I want to apologize for the unwise choices I made over the weekend and for any inconvenience it caused my family, friends, business partners, the hotel and their guests. I was celebrating a happy occasion with a ton of family and friends and got carried away. I’m truly sorry for my poor behavior.”

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s shocking admission!
According to an expose in Newsweek, Schwarzenegger’s ex wife Maria Shriver was forced to move out of their mansion after the Terminator star refused to leave so she ended up living in a hotel for several months. He then allegedly bragged to a neighbor:
“I think things will work out OK with Maria, but if they don’t, I’m getting me a 20-year-old honey.”
Contrary to unconfirmed reports, Arnold did not say:
“Uggg, so she calls me up and she’s like, “I still love you,” And I’m like… “I just… I mean this is exhausting, you know, like, We are never getting back together. Like, ever”
But, it would have been hilarious if he did.
